Heritage Restoration
In order to renovate this 1860s Heritage property in historic downtown Pleasanton, CA we needed to maintain its original facade while adding 1700 square feet to the rear of the house. The interior renovation included a movie theater, gun room, sewing room, and massage room. The exterior renovation included an outdoor kitchen, bocce court, water fountain, sporty garden shed, and playground structure with padded turf.
