Rennaisance Club Sport in Walnut Creek is building a cabana to cater to its summer events and activities. Morgenroth Development spear-headed this project, starting from the design stage, entitlements through the Contra Costa Redevelopment agency, approval with the Contra Costa Health Department and finally permit submittal through the various governing agencies.
