Angela St. Residence

Built in the early 20th century, this house went through a complete renovation. The little barn was transformed into a 1-story 4 bedroom 4 bath with all the modern ammenities. Jim was careful in preserving the historical elements of the house, like the wood burning fireplace and the vaulted ceilings in the living room. For some curb appeal, decorative stone pavers were installed on the driveway and the front entry. This house was featured in Pleasanton Weekly in 2008.
