Clarice Aguilera, Associate AIA Certified Green Building Professional clarice@morgenrothdevelopment.com Clarice is lead designer at Morgenroth Development. Her focus is to streamline the design/bid/build process. She makes sure that every project receives a level of creativity, while maintaining the budget and schedule. Prior to joining Morgenroth Development, she was a designer at Backen-Gillam Architects, and worked on a number of high-end residential homes and wineries. When she is not doing construction drawings, she maintains the company website and the company's marketing needs. Clarice holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Southern California and loves Trojan football. |

Amanda Berry, Controller Build It Green Member amanda@morgenrothdevelopment.com Amanda joined Morgenroth Development in 2006 and has been an important part in the company’s growth and success. She is in charge of all billings, finance, accounting and human resources. She thrives on keeping budgets under control while being sensitive to the client’s needs. Amanda holds a Bachelor in Developmental Psychology from California State University, Hayward. When she is not running the office, she is busy running a household of five. |

Alex Amaral, Project Manager Build It Green Member Alex Amaral has been with Morgenroth Development for a number of years. His is an expert framer and acts as the field supervisor in most of our projects. |

Fernando Gonzalez Build It Green Member Fernando Gonzalez has been in the construction industry for over 15 years, he started as a painter then focused his expertise as a sheetrock installer. He can do different wall textures ranging from traditional Old World to a more Modern Smooth finish. |
